There are moments when we need to stop, explain what worries us, and what we do not always take care of, because it is not always easy to find a space for reflection, to take care of ourselves, to take stock or face necessary changes.
Thearea of trustthat enables a therapeutic space possible allows us to face difficulties, crises, to find creative solutions that allow us to accept(us), or make decisions that end circuits that allow us to change something that makes us, or we make, suffer.
Difficulties we treat: Anxiety and stress, grief, low self-esteem, management of uncertainty, rare diseases, disability assessment, personal growth, chronic diseases, coping strategies, Difficulty in performing the job (work stress), retirement, adjusting your expectations, loneliness, infertility, support in fertility treatments and assisted reproduction, fears, psychological support, losses, waiting times.
Children grow and mature, in turn with their family they learn those values that will give them identity, but they are also very permeable to everything that stimulates them and surrounds them. Children face difficulties for which they do not always have tools. Child psychotherapyhelps to give them strategies. To explain fears, to be able to face them, to know their emotions and to be able to manage them. To help them improve communication with their family and with their peers, to manage their limits in the face of disruptive behaviors, helplessness, isolation and frustration.

Adolescence is a necessary time in life, but also a frustrating one for both the adolescent and the family. Adolescents face changes, a progressive increase in responsibilities, often with a lot of pressure. Psychotherapy in adolescents helps give them a space of trust of their own, not always because they do not have trust people closest to them but because they need to find their own way of doing things, of understanding a world that is constantly changing, and in which they may feel vulnerable. This space seeks to find effective coping strategies, assertive communication, exploration of their emotional world and finding their way to transition to adult life.
A couple is more than the sum of two people who find each other, who are attracted to each other and who choose each other. A couple is a relationship that gives us support, an identity, a home. A couple faces not only the changes that each of us faces, but also the changes that they face because they are as one: family and social pressures, being parents… or not being able to be parents, difficulties, differences in expectations, values or beliefs.
The therapeutic space allows you to address what you want to create together, what causes you suffering, communication difficulties, being able to establish limits or develop common projects.

The family provides us with a bond of belonging, it gives us identity, but it can also be the source of pain and conflict, of misunderstanding or insecurity. If problems arise that directly affect one member of the family or all of them, if there are communication problems, losses, illness, changes, etc. Family therapy allows us to address complex situations, working on the needs of each person, but also addressing what links them all, what unites them to face changes after a crisis that allows them to reduce their level of suffering.
When you are diagnosed with a rare disease or what happens to you does not yet have a name, when you have a diagnosis but no effective treatment, when you have lots of questions but very few answers. The correct management of uncertainty is essential as there is fear to the limits imposed by the disease. The lack of understanding of the situation on the part of others, leads to an increase in stress, changes in mood and anxiety which can increase its symptomatology. Feelings of helplessness, anger, fear, non-conformity, self-demand, not knowing what possibilities your medical treatment can allow to improve your situation, etc. This must be worked on so that the person affected can accept the disease, assimilate and integrate it into their way of life that has had to change. Making known the limits that the disease imposes on them daily with the additional burden, on many occasions, of the incomprehension of their surroundings.
Rare diseases, Disability Assessment, Chronic Diseases, Illness without diagnosis, support for physical and/or psychological symptoms that remain after Covid, Grief, Management of uncertainty, management of pain and suffering, emotional exhaustion.
